Scott
Rempel
President
of Squawk
Scott has been in sales and marketing since graduating from the
University of Calgary with a B.Comm in 1991.
Scott was an award winning sales representative at the Calgary Herald
from 1987 - 1998, learning the newspaper, media, and marketing business
and serving the builder and real estate category.
In 1998 Scott moved over to ENMAX Energy Corporation as a Sr. Account
Manager. Scott held a portfolio of some of ENMAX's largest accounts
in the transition to deregulation of the electricity industry in
Alberta.
Scott moved into Marketing in 2000 as Segment Manager for the Commercial
and Industrial market in Alberta.
Scott led the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) project at
ENMAX and later was appointed the position of CRM Manager.
Scott recently completed the Executive MBA at the University of Alberta / Haskayne
School of Business in May of 2005, and has worked in the Calgary business community for 14 years
and has relationships with many senior people from his days at both
ENMAX and the Calgary Herald.
It is through the combined work and school experience that Scott
will lead Squawk and it's customers to business success
